Hey Lauren, I really loved living in Aus and really missed it for a good year upon returning to the US. I wouldn’t mind moving back one day but Bell and I are actually hoping to move to Europe soonish (better do it now before we get old and crusty). My Dad is Greek and I have Greek citizenship so I can get resident cards in the EU countries.

I haven’t been to Philly since I was a kid. We did a big ballpark tour around the US and saw the Phillies play.

Hi there Alex My husband’s from Philadelphia … before moving to Australia he’d actually never lived anywhere else! I visited him a couple of times – got to see Philly, New York, Washington D.C., and Baltimore which were all lovely.

So where are you headed next? Are you coming back to Oz?

Where in the US is your husband from Lauren? I’ve lived in Florida most of my life but was born in Canada so I went to Aus on a 1 year working holiday visa to live with “Bellie.” We had previously met in Belgium (long story). So yeah my visa was running out and we decided to come back here (We were going to get married in the US but got married in Melbourne because the spousal visa was way quicker, if we did the American fiance visa my Aussie visa was going to expire). Been back in the USA for over 2 years now and ready to leave again!!

Yes those Americans can be quite the charmers hehe! Alex and I went to Sydney twice when he was living out there with me. Once for fun and the other time to get my visa for the US. Our interview was at the American Consulate, wow do they have a gorgeous view of the harbour!

Chickened out on tagging folks huh. That’s ok; some people really love memes and others people not so much. I think two people I tagged seemed happy about it. I hate pets but that cat of yours is pretty adorable. You know whats funny when I was a kid my favorite color was purple — unlike you though I did outgrow it. But as a kid I was obsessed.
