A Car Lovers Dream at Darling Harbour
Revheads of all shapes and sizes will come together for the annual Australian International Motor Show.
This year’s proceedings will have a decidedly green feel, with many popular manufacturers unveiling their latest eco-friendly lines. Honda and Lexus will unveil the Prius’ latest competitors, the Camry Hybrid and LF-Xh hybrid SUV. Volkswagon have also joined the green army with their BlueMotion range. The Polo BlueMotion and Passat BlueMotion look to protect the Earth without compromising driver enjoyment. There’s a whole host of new small cars designed to limit environmental damage, and appeal to fuel price-conscious car fans.
Sports car lovers will still get their thrills though with a look at Subaru’s new Impreza WRX Sedan and the sexy new Elfin.
Car enthusiasts will also love the concept cars display, the hot Supercar Central, and strolling down memory lane at the Classic Car Promenade.
The show kicks off tomorrow and runs for 11 days. With so much to see, you might just need that much time to catch it all!
