Barbeque Brazilian Style at Braza

by Lauren on March 30th, 2008

Aussies love a barbie, but how many of you have ever tasted a barbeque prepared South American style? Braza Grill givesBrazil Rice you the chance to try a Brazilian twist on this Australian tradition.

It’s the brainchild of Andre Felicio, a Brazilian expat inspired to share his traditional cuisine with Sydneysiders.

The all-you-can eat set up allows you to taste your fill of these unique foods. All-you-can eat joints have gotten a bad rep in recent times, but this is something different. Andre prepares yummy meat skewers on the two metre long barbeque pit in front of his guests, and they’re no sooner cooked than served to your plate.

The skewers are delicious, but with 18 varieties in all you may want to pace yourself. Beef, chicken, lamb, and prawns are all flavoured with an array of herbs and spices, and the smokiness of the barbeque.

The meat is the star attraction, but vegetarians will be content with banana fritters, salads, pickled chillies, and delicious haloumi cheese.

Braza’s lunch menu is somewhat restricted, so you’ll probably want to visit at night to experience all this restaurant has to offer.

the opening time for lunch time is wrong. Could you possibly change it to 12 to 3.30, please.
And how can I add a photo of our restaurant on this page?

No problems Andre - I’ve updated the lunch time now. Feel free to send me any image you’d like me to use to the e-mail address listed on the right-hand side of the page.
