Barbie Blitz at Taronga Zoo
Little girls will beg to visit Taronga Zoo these school holidays. The wildlife park is celebrating the release of The Island Princess, Barbie’s latest movie, from October 3 to 7.
What girl doesn’t want to meet Barbie? They can, with special appearances from Princess Rosella at Taronga Zoo these holidays. The zoo will also screen The Island Princess at 10:30 am and 2 pm.
Now, all that doesn’t sound like a lot of fun for boys, but Taronga Zoo hasn’t forgotten them. The Island Princess discovery trail will be more their speed. These tours will teach kids some fun facts about the animals featured in the new Barbie movie.
The zoo is always changing, so there are probably some new inclusions since you last visited. While you’re there, don’t forget to see the new Wild Asia exhibit, with the revamped elephant enclosure, walk-through aviaries, and rainforest circuit.
These activities are all included in the price of zoo admission. Family passes for two adults and two kids cost $93.
