Five Chefs for a Good Cause

by Lauren on March 26th, 2008

This event’s still some time away, but foodies will want to get a jump on it. I’m talking about the Five Chefs Dinner, anChop Chop exciting national event raising money for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

It’s a night where some of the hottest chefs put their professional rivalries aside to help out sick kids, and cook up some amazing food. At the Sydney event you’ll taste delicacies from Justic North of Becasse, Luke Mangan of Glass, Peter Evans of Hugo’s, Carl Middleton of the Four Seasons Hotel, and special guest Guy Grossi from Melbourne’s Grossi Florentino.

“Happiness in my heart feels good,” Guy Grossi told The Sunday Telegraph. “Starlight delivers this to our sick children. They need our help.”

You can book your table for the event by calling Pino Foti on (02) 8425 5939. Dinners will also be held in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.
