Siobhan Young, the tour’s creator will take you to all the city’s best shopping strips. You’ll visit the boutiques of some of Australia’s top designers including Lisa Ho, Leona Edmiston, and Collette Dinnigan, as well as some of the hottest new names in the biz. You might not have heard of these designers yet, but Siobhan knows what will be big and you’ll thank her for it!
She’s also happy to offer her advice about colors and styles, which is perfect for clueless choppers like myself!
Of course with some solid shopping time, you’ll want to leave the stilettos at home. I’d also advise you to consider a lightweight handbag or a backpack so you’re not weighed down.
“The concept of the tour arose after researching Sydney’s boutique shopping infrastructure, the current market for shoppers and the growing recognition for Australian designers overseas,” Siobhan told news.com.au.
“Personally I love shopping and have been guiding friends to these quality designers for years so it was time to take my passion to a new level.”
But it’s not just about shopping. You’ll also enjoy a glass of champers and choccies to unwind at the tour’s end. Sounds good to me!
