Kids Welcome at the Swissotel
All too often, families are forced to downsize their holiday plans in the search for child-friendly accommodation. If you’re looking for something that’s a cut above the local caravan park, the Swissotel Sydney is for you.
A five-star hotel that actually welcomes children? It sounds crazy, but it’s true. The Swissotel has developed children’s rooms, which are perfect for kids up to ten years of age.
The colourful rooms come complete with a play area stocked with toys. Creative kids can draw at the specially designed desks which are just the right height for little ones. And there’s even a special menu of DVD programs.
“It is not easy for families on holiday to find accommodation that offers stylish, yet memorable, five-star experience for each family member,” the hotel’s general manager, Pierre Stacher, told The Sunday Telegraph.
It sounds like this will be a winner with the kids, and grownups. The Swissotel offers two-bedroom family suites from $450 a night and twin share kids’ rooms from $299.
