Look Through Someone Else’s Eyes at Kaleidoscope
The Kaleidoscope Art Exhibition is one of the most unique in Sydney at the moment. You won’t find any big name artists. As a matter of fact, you’ve probably never heard of these artists at all. The exhibition shows works created by people who are rarely remembered at all: Sydney’s homeless community.
These moving artworks give us new insight into the needs, talents, and lives of these people who too often go unnoticed.
Most works are for sale, with money going directly to the artist. What a great way to make a difference while brightening your home at the same time!
The exhibition is part of Sydney’s Homeless Persons’ Festival, an initiative designed to celebrate the talents and skills of the homeless and disadvantaged.
The Kaleidoscope Art Exhibition is on at The Tap Gallery until the 21 October. Doors open from midday to 6 pm Monday to Saturday and midday to 4 pm on Sundays.
