Shakespeare Under the Stars

by Lauren on November 3rd, 2007

A Midsummer Night’s Dream fairy, Source: A Midsummer Night’s Dream websiteThis month Centennial Park will be a magical place, alive with elves and fairies. That’s right, A Midsummer Night’s Dream is coming back to the Belvedere Amphitheatre.

Enjoy a picnic under the stars while you watch this play the way Shakespeare intended. With music adapted by the Sydney Chamber Orchestra, each performance is something very special.

Little ones are encouraged to dress as fairies - they might even find themselves in the play!

To celebrate the opening weekend, all online tickets are available at the concession rate of $22! And what’s more, children under 12 are free! After opening weekend, adult tickets are $30. Tickets are also available from the venue on the night.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream plays every Friday to Sunday at 7:30 pm until November 25.
