It tells you all about the shows costing you less than $50, including talks, plays, musical performances, and more. In fact, some concerts cost as little as $9! The page is arranged into price brackets so you can easily find something to suit your budget.</li> <li>Most cinemas around the city offer cheap <strong>movies</strong> on Tuesdays. If you want to save on flicks any night of the week it&#8217;s also worth buying a <a href="http://www.dendy.com.au/club.asp" target="_blank">$15 Club Dendy card</a>, which entitles you to $9.50 movie tickets at Opera Quays. The savings ensure it&#8217;ll pay for itself very quickly!</li> <li>Tuesday is also <strong>pay-what-you-want night</strong> for all B Sharp shows at <a href="http://www.belvoir.com.au/" target="_blank">Belvoir St Downstairs</a>. You can buy these tickets an hour before the curtain goes up from $10 a ticket. It&#8217;s the same deal at <a href="http://www.griffintheatre.com.au/" target="_blank">The Griffin Theatre Company</a> on Mondays, although their pay-what-you-want tickets start from $5.</li> <li><em>The Sydney Morning Herald&#8217;s</em> Metro section has a &#8220;freebies and cheapies&#8221; column every Friday.
