Firstly, we’ve still got a great national sports team winning games in our own backyard. We’ve been a bit slow to catch on to soccer, but with Sydney FC doing great things in the A League there’s no better time to cheer on your local team. Sydney FC call the Sydney Football Stadium home, and they’ve got a big game coming up against Melbourne Victory on Saturday night. That’s right: the very city that stole our NRL title. It makes it interesting, doesn’t it? We’re level with the Southerners on points, although they’re ahead in the for and against stats, so the team could really use your support!
