One of the things that makes Sydney so wonderful is its cultural diversity. The GerMANY FACES festival is in full swing, we’re looking forward to celebrating the Australian Indian Film Festival, but that’s not all. Every night you can try authentic ethnic cuisine at hundreds of cool restaurants.
One of my favourites is Aesop’s, a bona fide plate-smashing Greek restaurant in the city centre.

Darling Harbour’s Fiesta

Darling Harbour will come alive over the Labor Day long weekend with their Fiesta celebrations. The event is the largest annual Latin American festival in Australia.
There’ll be plenty to see, with more than 70 performances by top bands and dancers, and the opportunity to leant to salsa, tango, and samba. Best of all, it’s free!
Some of the highlights include an appearance by Melbourne Latin nine-piece San Lazaro and Cuban salsa star Osvaldo Chacon.
