Fans Invited to Rugby League Centenary Celebrations
It’s that time of year again. I’ve lasted months without rugby league, and I’m starting to suffer withdrawals. I’m combing the sports section for any mention of my beloved Eels, and stocking up on merch anticipating the season ahead.
No matter who you support, if you’re a footy fan like me you’ll want to get down to the NRL Centenary Fan Day. The event, celebrating 100 years of rugby league, will feature all 16 existing NRL clubs, four foundation clubs, and 400 players. And yes boys, there will be cheerleaders.
