With the mercury rising, the beach is the best place to be in Sydney over summer.  A day out enjoying the sun, surf, and sand is great fun, but there are also a few things tourists should be aware of. Here are my top tips to enjoying the local beaches.

More Storms For Sydney This Summer

The sun’s come out after some soggy wet weather, but don’t put away your umbrellas just yet. Meteorologists are predicting we’ll have a wet, warm summer this year.
“The forecast is for wetter-than-average conditions, and with a strengthening La Nina in the Pacific, wet and warm is the outlook,” Clinton Rakich, acting manager of the NSW Climate Services Centre, told The Sunday Telegraph.
