The Ark Comes To Luna Park
Evan Almighty is one of the biggest movies these school holidays, and Luna Park has gotten into animal spirit. Sydney’s only fun park has launched its exciting Luna Ark exhibit, just for the holidays.
Kids can get up close and personal with some friendly farmyard animals at the Evan Almighty Petting Zoo. It’s open from 11 am to 5 pm every day.
They may not be so keen to cuddle the creatures at the daily snake and reptile shows! There’s pythons, lizards, turtles, and even a crocodile. Catch the shows at 1 pm and 3 pm, if you dare!
What’s more, every person who purchases an unlimited rides pass these holidays can take the Evan Almighty Challenge. Just answer three easy questions and you could win a family trip to the ultimate theme park: Universal Studios in Hollywood!
There are also some cool new rides to try just for the school holidays. Big kids will love the super-speed Sizzler, the scary Hurricane, and cool Bungee Dome. Little ones aren’t forgotten though - they won’t need a license to drive the Crazy Cars!
Don’t forget the old favourites though. The Ranger, Tumble Bug, and Flying Saucer will keep adrenalin junkies satisfied. However if you’d rather hold on your lunch, why not try the Ferris Wheel? This fantastic view of Sydney Harbour can’t be beaten.
Entry to Luna Park is free, allowing you to spend as little or as much as you like, but thrill seekers will get the best value from an unlimited rides pass. These holidays the park’s open from 10 am to 6 pm most days, and 10 am to 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
